System Trainer - INSIDE IR35 - FULLY REMOTE - 1 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client a leading consultancy are recruiting for a System Trainer for some new training to be rolled out from October

• 1 MONTH PROJECT
• 4 Roles available

Role:

We are looking for someone who can bring experience and expertise (a good track record in delivering online modular training) to the delivery of a large induction programme roll out.

The programme aims to deliver competent, confident, compliant training for induction of new starters in business systems and processes. It also includes policy, procedure, entry level soft skills and work practises.

The right person will need to be able to deliver training via TEAMS and manage the delegates successful undertaking of online learning modules, supporting any queries/concerns or learners who are struggling. A large proportion of the training content is systems and process training, so the ability to quickly get to grips with new software is vital.

Skills and experience required:

The trainer should have:

• Deep experience working within a training delivery role with experience of delivering online training for a range of clients and settings.
• The interpersonal skills to work with both new and established Managers within the business and the new team members undertaking the roles, as well as your colleagues in the delivery team.
• Experience of delivering training remotely via Teams/Webex or preferably Adobe Connect.
• Experience of working within a customer service or public sector services environment preferred
• Management and motivation of large groups working remotely to ensure that all training is successfully completed in a timely and effective fashion.
• Ability to coach and support anyone who needs further support during the induction process.
