FAS Application Specialist Corsham High Level of Security Clearance required Brief Overview of role / project: Are you a 3rd line infrastructure engineer looking for a new role in a dynamic environment? Can you approach complex technical issues seeing a bigger picture and understand the implications of making changes?

We are looking for a FAS ENGINEER to bolster the current FAS team. Your role will primarily involve incident management on our clients' live system, on FAS App incidents that have been escalated from level 1/2 resources that are often remotely based environments. The role will be working with other engineers within a Military environment. The role will require experience of FAS Applications. Scope of responsibilities are:

• Managing live incidents to technical resolution, development of new technical offerings, and the upkeep of components through security patch testing and distribution.
• Creating SOI's and providing knowledge transfers to the customer. We are looking for dependable and experienced support staff that are not afraid to own problems and incidents and deliver solutions to issues.
• A broad skill set and experience base is desirable; but equally, if you regard yourself as a subject matter expert in a technology area that we are supporting then this can also be utilized on the account.

Experience of FAS Applications support:

• NIRIS - ICC - JChat - LOGFAS - JOCWatch - TOPFAS
• Reviewing documentation for Installation and integration of software packages.

Operating Systems:

• Windows Server 2012/16, Windows 10, VMWare Hosts, Solaris, HyperV, PowerShell
• Windows Policies and Firewall settings, RedHat/Oracle, PKI, SQL, PostgreSQL, PowerShell
