Data Architect / Developer - Edinburgh - Inside IR35

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Architect / Developer for a large public sector organisation in Edinburgh. You will carry out technical analysis of requirements, and design and build the solutions. This will include the creation of, and enhancement of, data models (both physical and virtual), the creation of physical and virtual ETL, testing, and transition to BAU.

Essential skills:

• Technical analysis of requirements
• Data architecting
• Data engineering (data integration/wrangling/ETL)
• Advanced SQL skills
• SAP Data Services (experience of other ETL tools such as Informatica will be considered as a substitute)

Other skills or technologies essential to the successful delivery of project include

• Denodo Data Virtualisation
• Snowflake
