Comms and Change Lead - HR 6 month Contract Hybrid

Our beverage manufacturing client is looking for a Comms and Change Lead to join them on a contract basis. You will lead the development and day-to-day implementation of a proactive change and communications strategy for a significant end to end HR transformation - focused on products, operating model and capabilities.

Accountabilities:

  • Define the cultural and change elements of the HR transformation needed to effectively navigate multiple stakeholders, projects, timelines and deliverables
  • Lead on creation of day to day communication rhythm - including effective story telling and inspiring engagement - creation of core assets, narrative, presentation and engagement materials - listen and learn pulses and course correction mechanisms
  • Work in collaboration with the HR transformation Director and HR Director to align on project timeline, phasing and deliverables - ensuring interdependencies are maximised, ways of working defined
  • Accountable, working in partnership with the HR Director, for logistics and effective management and capture of governance mechanisms - including steerco's, senior stakeholder, sponsor engagement, meeting management and action capture
  • As required, this individual will contribute to additional high priority global HR employee experience programmes, in support of the HR transformation/Future of HR programme of work - e.g. working with GBO, D&T, and 3rd party partners to gather necessary inputs and materials. The ability to flex into other areas of communications, change and engagement is essential.

Experience Required:

  • A progressive change and communications professional with a strong track record of performance building engagement and advocacy through effective change management, inspiring communications, stakeholder management and campaign approaches in a complex, multi geography/disciplined business.
  • Ideal experience of past HR change programmes - working with multiple disciplines and teams including shared services/operations; centres of excellence, innovation and transformation
  • CPG industry background (desireable)
  • Strong experience in change and communications discipline
  • Experience in strategy creation (and execution) of change and communications plans - end to end
  • Experience of providing counsel to cross functional teams and leaders
  • Outstanding writing, exemplary project/change management and personal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, lead and inspire, peers and stakeholders
  • Must have strong experience of analysing and utilising data and insights to drive performance.
  • Undergraduate degree preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
