Cyber Solution Architect - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our client are currently looking to hire an experienced Cyber Solution Architect with Microsoft Cyber Solutions experience to join the delivery team on a hybrid working basis.

In this role you will be responsible for creating architectural designs, providing thought leadership across a broad spectrum of technologies, and supporting delivery teams and stakeholders

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop architecture solutions based on customer/programme requirements
• Ensures solutions are secure, scalable, reliable and can be maintained
• Develop a direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions, including systems, shared infrastructure services, and applications to better match business outcomes
• Analyse technology environments, business specifics and client requirements to align solutions better
• Clearly and accurately can articulate, document and present architectural solutions, recommendations and reusable patterns to stakeholders
• Ensures architecture principles and standards are consistently applied to all the projects
• Develops trust and builds effective working relationships through respectful engagement
• Demonstrate thought leadership on engagements and with colleagues, act as a trusted advisor
• Identifies RAID items, their potential impacts and mitigation

Essential Experience/Skills:

• Demonstrable cyber programme delivery experience with a broad understanding of cyber security.
• Exposure to Microsoft cyber solutions essential. DLP, Defence and Response, eMail Anti-spoofing, SSL inspection/EDR, SOC, Vulnerability assessment, MS E5 Security.
• Ability to lead designs, solutions and governance activities.
• The ability to create designs and solutions based on business requirements and scope, and or provide options papers to help guide the business, in identifying the right solutions, along with EPICS (Big Use Cases), Use Cases & User Stories.
• Comfortable with working within Solution delivery frameworks.
• Provides support, guidance and contributions to Programme and Project managers.
• Accustomed to working within ITIL and TOGAF frameworks, along with Prince 2 methodologies
