This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Vendor Management professional to support IT Service operations for a huge global enterprise. You will be integral for the entirety of the vendor and service matrix for end-to-end IT service delivery and ensure performance and delivery is aligned to business expectations/requirements. You will be given the autonomy to identify improvements, risks, be involved with contracts/SLAs, review an analyse service performance etc.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in the delivery and management of vendors and third-party suppliers
• Strong awareness and understanding of setting and managing key performance indicators
• Ability to create and deliver analytical reports to senior level
• Experience in IT Service management and ability support operations in ITIL environment
