We are currently recruiting for a Risk Business Analyst, who would consider themselves a specialist in Risk Management, including polices and processes.

Responsibilities:

• To provide client-side thought leadership on risk management.
• Assess and appraise guidance from wider industry knowledge and drive the embedding of such standards into the developing framework.
• Define the analysis approach to their allocated workstreams, agreeing activities and quality standard.
• Ensure appropriate quality of analysis and approaches at senior level to help mitigate risk and focus on value-based outcomes.
• Assess the fit of the proposed risk management solution(s) against the business need and assist in the documentation of detailed target functional design specifications.
• Capability to lead and facilitate Risk Management workshops.
• Interpretation of existing risk matrices and translation to a future state Target Operating Model design.
• Ensure any design documentation produced is clear, testable, demonstrates alignment to requirements and/or solution architecture designs and meet appropriate internal standards.
• Support workshops, testing, training, and handover to business teams to ensure that the new processes and procedures become fully integrated throughout the business.
• Work with the Change function and any other relevant departments.

Essential Experience/Skills:

• Specialist knowledge and commercial experience in the Risk space, including process modelling and policy documentation.
• Stakeholder management - internal and external as well as 3^rd parties, influencing decisions and gaining buy in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent BA background .
• Experience of helping drive behavioural change and capability uplift from individuals through to teams.

Desirable Experience/Skills:

• Agile/SAFe methodology/framework.
• Financial Services industry experience.
