Estates Change Planning Manager Edinburgh Inside IR35 Our Public Sector client is looking for an Estates Change Planning Manager to join 9-month contract initially. An experienced project and change planning manager is required to lead and oversee a number of change projects related to the client's estates.
Individual required to bring together key stakeholders, set and agree working groups and track and report on delivery of critical path of actions.
Individual to ensure engagement and communications plan put in place and provide support for work stream leads in delivering project objectives.
Development of strong governance documentation and tools to support identification, alignment and tracking and delivery of objectives.
- Significant experience in change management and project planning ideally in managing property change and relocation projects.
- In depth understanding of project and change management tools.
- Prince 2 or similar project management qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
