Product Owner

Product Owner Edinburgh Outside IR35 Our Public Sector client is looking to bring in a Product Owner in on a 6 month contract. Experience of Digital First Service Standards, Government Digital Services (GDS) is exactly what there looking for.Essential skills and experience:

• A demonstrable and evidenced drive to deliver
• Ability to co-ordinate, communicate and influence to achieve outcomes within a positive working environment - strong stakeholder management skills
• Take a Value driven approach, with the ability to identify and measure Value, and target delivery towards the achievement of Value
• Experienced in applying a variety of agile and lean practices

Desirable skills and experience:

• The candidate will have an awareness of Digital First Service Standards, Government Digital Services (GDS) and the Scottish Approach to Service Design
• Experience of Agile delivery frameworks
• Coach the Business and Operational areas to create a culture of product and service improvement.
