The Role

Sitting in their Customer Success team, the role is both technical and customer-facing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new English and French speaking customers. This includes:

• Involvement in the entire process, including delivery, training validation and ongoing support of the software post-adoption.
• Work alongside the Customer Success Managers to design and configure solutions to onboard customers and realise their business goals
• Work with customers' finance and commercials teams, using numerical skills to understand complex business processes
• Maximise customer adoption of product features for their financial processes

The Person

You may be in your first graduate role looking for something more, or be graduating soon and looking to secure a role to start from Summer 2023.

You will have a 2:1 or higher Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (i.e. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar).

You will be curious, articulate, and able to think outside the box. You'll be naturally driven with a passion for technology.

You will also be proficient in French language - B2 level minimum (or equivalent) .
