IT Support Officer

Our public sector client requires the expertise of a IT Support Officer.

This role is based in Ayr and will require candidates to be on site every day.

Looking for someone with a HND level equivalent, with AD knowledge and some bitlocker encryption knowledge to be able to help a team remove the encryption, replace with bitlocker, make sure the laptops are all updated to the recent windows feature packs with additional software installed.

• Previous experience of desktop rollouts, along with organisational and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of general IT.
• The post holder must have proven experience with all aspects of OS upgrades and good communicator and be able to work collaboratively with others, liaising with end users and internal teams.
