Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a Data Business Analyst for a 6 month contract. A significant part of the role will be to obtain and analyse appropriate data, develop discussion materials to support the negotiation process.

You will form part of a small and close-knit team and will be expected to be flexible to fit in with the dynamic nature of the role adopting a 'done is better than perfect' mentality.

Skills needed

• Support commercial manager delivering SOW and assistance plan
• Obtain and analyse appropriate data, develop discussion materials to support the negotiation process
• Support the coordination of interactions between the supplier and the company through organization of required forums, capture agreed actions and ensure efficient execution
• Support with the action required to ensure deliverables meet the operational acceptance criteria as part of Business Readiness
• Business and client facing
• Developing great stakeholder relationships
• Change, delivery, business analysis and project management
• Proficient in planning, tracking and reporting
• Process documentation and process improvement
• TOM analysis in a complex organization
• Working as part of a flexible and dynamic team, supporting colleagues as and where required
• Critical thinking and strategic planning
• Contract/SLA reviews and negotiations experience
• Experience within insurance or financial services

Desirable

• Target Operating Model design and implementation
• IT and Technical implementation experience
• Risk Management experience
• Lean, Six Sigma training

Experience of some or all of the following:

• Complex organizational change
• Project Management qualification
• Relevant PM, Business Analysis or Transition of service experience
• Business Readiness planning
• Planning and milestone delivery
• RAID
• Process mapping
• Interviewing
• Requirements Analysis
• Any procurement experience would be an advantage

Remote working with occastional travel to London office.
