IT Support Engineer

6-month contract (potential to be extended or made perm)

£114 per day (£18 per hour- PAYE)

Cambridgeshire

Fully onsite at the start, then hybrid

Our client is a UK-based company in the pharmaceutical sector who are rapidly growing and look to discover and develop antibodies neurogeneration and cancer. The company has high-level technologies that they use to consistently innovate the business and discover new ways to fight illnesses.

They are seeking a creative, motivated and hands on IT Support Engineer to join a collaborative team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Helping with tickets
• Dealing hardware and Software issues
• Supporting and troubleshooting activities
• 60-70% tickets daily via SLACK
• Dealing with networking issues, accounting issues, hardware issues, helping the Audio-Visual teams and helping with set-up at times.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with 1^st line and 2^nd line support
• Good communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Apple products, Windows, Intune & MDM.
