Our client is a UK-based SaaS business, who have created a customer platform which is set to make a huge impact within the financial services industry. The cloud-based platform digitises previously paper-based and convoluted processes, which in turn delivers great outcomes for clients and consumers. They are seeking a creative, motivated and hands on Product Configuration Analyst to join a collaborative team. Coming to an ever-growing organisation, you'll work with both present and future clients to configure the company's platform and make the changes appropriate to the client's requirements.

Our client is particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience configuring their platforms and can hit the ground running.

Skills desired:

You will be working with a bespoke platform, so experience with the following is desired:

• HTML
• JSON
• SQL

Day to day responsibilities involve:

• Maintenance of the in-house platform.
• Making the changes required, suitable to requirements.
• Identifying service improvement opportunities.
• Running and delivering reports and required.
