Audio Visual Support Specialist

• Permanent
• Salary up to £50,000
• London/ Hybrid: 4 days a week but can be more remote depending on whether you're required to be in the office.

We are working with a major client in the insurance industry who are currently looking for an Audio-Visual Support Specialist to join on a permanent basis to work on their internal audio and visual systems and maintain their AV equipment across their meeting and conference rooms.

The Role:

Our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and has strong experience with installing AV equipment as well as maintaining and troubleshooting it when required. As an AV Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is always functional and making sure any defects are handled in a quick and efficient manner.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Experience with CISCO, POLYCOM, AMX.
• Able to looked after high number of rooms which holds various AV equipment's.
• Troubleshooting the AV equipment when they are not work e.g. if they sound is not clear or coming through properly (Audio quality)
• Have to previously installed AV equipment as well as maintaining it. I.e setting up Polycom links into boardrooms.
• This is client facing and will be supporting internal and external clients through their AV support
