Implementation Consultant - Remote working - Up To 50k

Lorien is excited to be working alongside a rapidly growing established SAAS company who have been building their presence across Scotland and the rest of the world with significant investment behind them. They are looking for a bright, talented individual who has a background in Implementation / Project Management to join them on a permanent capacity.

The position involves working fully remote; however, travel is involved with visiting the main office based in Aberdeen once a quarter and 50% travel to their main client sites based across United States, Mexico, Europe, and the UK.

Some of what you'll get up to:

• Engage with prospective customers daily.
• Deliver the business system implementation projects and services to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote products and services.
• Conduct presales product demonstrations.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
• Analyse client needs and provide strategic advice on leveraging products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project implementation.
• Deliver product training to clients and provide valuable feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in software delivery, consultancy, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Resourceful attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Technical proficiency with business acumen.
• Customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with exceptional time management in multitasking scenarios.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
