Senior Network Consultant

SENIOR NETWORK CONSULTANT - 6 MONTHS - HYBRID WORKING

First 3 weeks you will be required to be onsite in Edinburgh

Our public sector client requires the expertise of a Senior Network Engineer.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience with Cisco switching and routing infrastructure in a multi-site environment (RIP/OSPF)

• Proven experience with Cisco Nexus Datacentre switch infrastructure

• Proven experience deploying and managing networking and security services in Azure

• Expertise in Cisco ISE and RSA SecurID

• Expertise in diagnosing application issues from a networking perspective using Riverbed Steelcentral or similar.

Essential Training:

• Knowledge of ITIL

• Certification in selected Cisco Cloud services is desirable as well as experience.

Essential Personal Qualities:

• Self motivated who can function effectively in a busy office or at home environment to tight deadlines and is able to manage a number of simultaneous tasks.

• Working within the NSS technology team will mean you will be relied upon to provide exceptional services and solutions that make a visible and valued contribution to business goals
