Application Support Analyst

Salary is £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience.

Remote Based

We are working with a major consultancy firm who are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their company.

You will be responsible for creating internal and external reports and proposals for Customers. As well as fixing Apps and Software remotely using SQL to achieve SLAs.

Experience Required:

• Writing scripts in SQL to find the problem within the App/Software.
• Customer-facing role
• Using MS Office
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet SLAs.

This is a permanent remote Application Support Analyst role paying between £28,000 and £33,000 depending on experience.
