IT Service Support Analyst - Dundee - 3 Month Contract

Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for an IT Service Support Analyst to join on a 3 month initial contract, inside of IR35.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES CANDIDATES TO BE ONSITE IN DUNDEE 2X PER WEEK - NO FULLY REMOTE WORKING

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

• Working in a busy, customer facing IT Service Desk environment
• Using a Service Desk tool to manage incidents, service requests, problems and assets.
• Supporting common office software, Microsoft Windows 10, Azure Services and applications, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory and Office 365 e.g. Outlook, Sharepoint, One Drive.
