Frontend Developer - Informa

We are working with a globally recognised publishing company for a Lead Front End Developer

This role is prodominately remote working OUTSIDE IR35.

There will potentially be a few trips per month on site within the City of London.

Key responsibilities of the role Reporting to the Head of Platforms, the Platform Lead Front End Developer will collaborate across multiple software development teams to complete detailed analysis on journeys, features and epics. The role holder will own the gathering requirements and defining these user stories in collaboration with other team members within an Agile environment. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Lead front end architecture discussions within the teams
• Translate technical concepts so they are understood by everyone
• Making and guiding decisions, explaining the rationale behind each one
• Breaking down large scale technical initiatives into manageable and deliverable units of work
• Work to assure services delivered by technical architects across our sets of services

Qualifications Key Skills:

• JavaScript ES2016+
• React (16.8+)
• Redux
• Testing frameworks
• CSS
• SCSS (Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets) including SCSS
• RESTful API's
