Business Analyst - Change - Edinburgh Hybrid - To 40K plus bonus

Based in Edinburgh - Hybrid Working

I am currently recruiting for a couple of Business Analysts for our client, a market leading Financial Services organisation with bases across the UK. These skilled individuals will be instrumental in the support of an ongoing and vital Change portfolio, and use their skills to identify improvements, work closely with and influence key stakeholders at all levels, and leverage their expertise to deliver a broad range of projects that contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of the group as whole.

Our client has stated their ideal candidate for this role would have experience in:

• Working closely with stakeholders to ascertain business needs, agree approaches and timelines, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions resolve identified gaps/issues and deliver value.
• Ensuring requirements are defined and documented, and understood by the relevant parties involved.
• Identifying areas for improvements with the help of a cross-functional team, and implement changes effectively with as little friction as possible.
• Making sure requirements and solutions are prioritised in order to maximise efficacy and return.

The client is looking for a couple of experienced BAs ideally with backgrounds in Financial Services who have the drive to establish requirements and can build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders alike.
