We are currently working a Digital Software Security House who are extremely passionate about tech and forward thinking, who are in need of a DevOps Engineer with hands-on coding experience to join their growing team.

The Role

As the DevOps Engineer, you will be collaborating closely with the Developers. This position will require the candidate to be able to write code from scratch, not just scripting. Essentially, your job will be to automate everything and create the tools that the Developers and Operations teams will need to do their jobs.

As a tech house, they are Linux based with Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. For development they focus mainly on Python and Java, but also like candidates that have skills in Golang (Go).

Essential Skills

• Linux - preferably Debian
• Coding - Python, Java or Go.
• Orchestration - Kubernetes
• Containerisation - Docker
• Infrastructure as code/Configuration Management - Terraform or CloudFormation
• CI/CD - Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins

The salary is dependant on experience and performance in interview, there is also a discretionary bonus attached as well as some great benefits.
