Internal Communications Manager
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join their team on an initial 3 months contract. Location is flexible, ideally close to one of the main offices in London, Birmingham or Edinburgh.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of communications strategies and deliverables
- Responsible for creating the strategic plan, and delivering multi-channel strategic communication programmes
- Bring new ideas and approaches to engage, inform and engage our colleagues across our extensive communications agenda
- Create the Internal Communications strategy across all areas of HR, creating a single, cohesive experience for colleagues
- Create content for multiple channels
- Work in collaboration with the wider Internal Communications and Engagement team
- Provide strategic internal communications advice to stakeholders
Key skills:
- Strong internal communications experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent content creation skills
- Good knowledge of Office suite, such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams and others
- Good knowledge and willingness to learn to use new software and platforms
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage expectations
- Able to work autonomously and part of a team
- Self-starter with a positive can do attitude
