Agile Delivery Manager up to £75,000 - Global Tech B2B Company

A UK based technology company that provides B2B services to the entertainment/gaming/sporting industry is looking for Agile Delivery Manager to join the talented cross-functional and drive best Agile practice.

The cross-functional teams are responsible for building 2 core products into robust, scalable solutions that will delight demanding large gaming/sporting and entertainment customers.

You'll work with teams from stakeholders to product/development to successful deliver projects in an optimal process promoting continuous improvement.

This involved being highly focused on developing and maintain project metrics/KPIS, identifying and implementing tools, identifying areas of improvement, effective resource management and driving best agile practices.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach cross-functionals squads comprised of Stakeholders, Product/Sales and cross-functional development with the COO to align consistent ways of working/improvement, planning, refinement and retrospectives.

Experience:

A minimum of 3years managing technology based projects using Agile Methodologies

Understanding of client management, experience of program management and demonstrable experience of project management.

Extensive experience working with multiple agile methodologies such as; Scrum and Kanban

Proven leadership skills as a team lead and coach to at least 3 engineers with track record of building high performing engineering teams

Experience with TDD and continuous deployment

Excellent knowledge of various Lean and Agile techniques, tools, frameworks and artefacts.
