Are you coming to an end of your current contract and looking for something to start in ASAP? We have a contract position working for my client in Harrogate as a 1st line/2nd line desktop support engineer. You will be working with customers to support an Windows or Office based issues. From Laptops - Desktops, peripherals and basic networking issues.

Candidates must have experience using a ITSMS Tool such as ServiceNow (Ticket management software), Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system errors, Microsoft Office 2013/2016/365 suite, basic Active Directory. Ability to support users over the phone and face to face. Be able to track calls and complete to resolution for the customer, closing the ticket once the issues is resolved.

Candidates will also need to go through background checks for this position
