My client, a tier 1 bank are embarking on a large technology drive and require a number data leaders with Product delivery expertise to create the interlocked plan and roadmaps that link together the organisation and the business units and function roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• The role holder will be accountable for creating the interlocked plan and roadmaps that link together Organisation and Business Units/Function roadmaps. In addition, the role will understand how capabilities should be sequenced and prioritised and also ensure capabilities are being created to drive re-use to maximise synergies.

Skills and Experience

• Deep experience of creating a vision and aligning business goals
• Passion for data commercialisation and the benefits of interlocked goals
• Experience with building symbiotic relationships
• Strive to support a culture that continually attracts, build, and retains top talent which feeds the division and group talent pipeline
• Demonstrate breadth and depth of technical knowledge and actively keep informed of industry developments to make efficient use of new and emerging tools and technologies
• Awareness of responsible delegation of responsibility and understanding of governance; with willing to lead from the front
