Senior Digital Business Analyst

£50,000 - £65,000 dependant on experience

Hybrid working - Office based in South Manchester

We are working with a property and management investment company whose focus it has been over the last 10 years to revolutionise student accommodation by creating high end serviced private studio apartments complete with gyms and entertainment facilities that create connected student communities. Boasting locations in 18 major cities, catering to over 9000 students spanning from Edinburgh to London and Barcelona.

The role is as a Digital Business Analyst who will be part of a small product development team working on the development of a student engagement and community platform, enabling users to make bookings, manage tenancy agreements and meet other like-minded tenants. The role involves liaising with stakeholders and developers, eliciting requirements and writing technical specifications to ensure the smooth running of the project.

You will need to have experience of the following:

• 5 + years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working on software development initiatives crucial
• Business analyst certification
• Experience with agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Identify and document business processes, workflows, and use cases
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders

The salary offered for this position is up to £65,000 based on experience.

This is a hybrid set up with 2 days working from home and the rest in the office based in South Manchester.
