User Researcher

3 Months + possible extension

£300-£400 per day dependent on experience

Inside IR35 - Umbrella or PAYE will be required

2 days on-site at Manchester or Blackpool office and 3 days working from home

This project is for a major UK Government Department working as part of an internal multidisciplinary project team focused on making improvements to the Digital chatbot platform.

Responsibilities include planning and defining the scope of the work and driving the improvement of the end user self-service.

You must have experience and skills in:

• Basic user research methods
• Applying Agile principles in practice
• Identifying key stakeholders and relationships and working to build these
• You must be able to use quantitative and qualitative data
• Can demonstrate a working understanding of design, technology and data principles
• Able to design and make decisions to meet user needs in the social, technical and government context
