Lorien's Banking Client are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expeirence in Security to join the expanding team on a new project on an initial 3-month contract with potential for extensions.

This role is Hybrid working and will fall Inside IR35, upto £400 a day.

In your new role, you'll be supporting the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group requirements, while capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles. In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage, and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for an experienced business analyst with the ability to drive the analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge and experience working in a Security Environment.

You'll also need:

  • You'll have a highly analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
  • Experience working in a Security Environment.
  • Coming from a Financial Services Background.
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques.
  • A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile practices.
  • Experience with using techniques such as Use Cases, User Stories, Wire Framing and Storyboards.
  • Expertise in deriving test scope for requirements and acceptance criteria of user stories/requirements.
  • Experience with governance and creating documentation.
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design.
  • Experience in Regulatory Projects.
  • Good demonstratable skills with implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management.
