Technical Support Engineer - Hardware
Up £40,000 (depending on experience)
Our Client provides hardware, software, consultancy and technical support.
You'll be providing support to their customers both remotely and on-site. The role requires you to communicate with our customers via our support ticketing system (Zendesk), emails, and phone calls to resolve day-to-day issues and updating documentation.
Key Skills & Experience
● A broad understanding of Linux and Windows
● Technical background with solid experience in computer systems and hardware
● Proficiency in defect troubleshooting and incident triage
● Working knowledge of data-centre technologies
● An understanding of remote access software including Teradici
● Experience working with helpdesk ticketing software
● Experience working with tailored applications
● Customer site experience
