Lead ReactJS Engineer - 1 day per month in London - £80k With operations and their customer portfolio expanding rapidly, the CTO of a scaling tech firm has engaged us exclusively to support their growth and the hiring of a talented Lead ReactJS Developer. You'd be joining a team of proactive, collaborative and dedicated individuals who are responsible for building and enhancing customer focused platforms striving to deliver robust solutions that drives growth for their b2b customers within the gaming and gambling industry. With flexible & hybrid working in their central London offices they are looking for a Lead Engineer with extensive experience with React.Key Responsibilities include: - Lead/manage/hire a team of developers - Update senior stakeholders on project progress - Work with Product Managers, the CTO and customers to understand requirements - Influence the design and architecture of front end features and components - Evaluate and implement the best tools for the job - Upskill more junior Engineers in the team - Be hands on with implementing features and code reviews. - Take product requirements, provide solutions, and provide estimates. - Troubleshoot and fix production issues.Experience required: -experience with ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux -Experience with Server-Side Rendering, (NextJS) -Experience in EMCAScript 6, Typescript, Context API, Functional components, Responsive Components -Experience with the CSS pre-processor SCSS -Working with Rest API's, JWT, GRPC, GraphQL, Websockets and video streams. -Experience working with Git for version control.This organisation has grown from 7 to 150 people in the past 12 months.
