IT Support Engineer

  • Up to £34,000 plus bonus
  • Essex based.
  • Full drivers license and car required
  • 5 days a week on-site

We are working with a client in the Facilities Management industry who are looking to hire an IT Line Support Engineer to join their existing team.

The role will be focused on providing 1st & 2nd Line Support for Windows devices and Mobile devices, whilst also providing support on Azure, Exchange, and VoIP.

This will be a fully on-site role and candidates would need to have a full driver's license as there may be times where they would be required to travel to other offices nationwide on an adhoc basis but as experience and familiarity grows there may be more requirement.

There is also an on-call rota of either 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 weeks - which is compensated.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing internal 1st-2nd Line through a ticketing system.
  • VoIP system or any telephony and basic network support.
  • Development and preservation of all IT systems and processes
  • Handling troubleshooting for any printing issues.

Skills

  • 2-3 years 1st/2nd Line Support experience
  • Windows Desktops/Laptops
  • Windows Servers - Active Directory, Exchange, Office365
  • Azure
  • VoIP
