CRM Manager for a National Brand - £48K

We are working with one of the biggest Brands in the UK who are not only preparing for new openings but looking ahead and putting an investment in revamping their online presence.

Our client understands the importance of valued retention and are looking for a CRM Manager that can hit the ground running and ensure the right message is being delivered and at the right time.

Our ideal candidate has prior experience of delivering the full customer journey efficiently whilst managing 3rd party vendors and budget requirements.

Location: Bedfordshire for 2 days a week in Office

Salary: Circa £48K

Key responsibilities

• Work cross functionally with brand, analytics, insight, data, digital and commercial teams
• Working alongside and briefing accordingly a third party creative agency
• Continuous development and optimisation of the marketing performance through rigorous testing procedures
• Supporting the Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager with developing new strategies
• Understanding audience segmentation and tone of voice
• Support in roll outs for triggered journeys being implemented by an Adobe Specialist

Our expectations for the ideal candidate:

• Efficient time management, being able to deliver a full customer journey quickly and to a deadline
• Knowledge around audience segmentation and customer targeting
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with MS Office, HTML, ESP'S (ideally Adobe Campaign)
• Collaborative working approach
