Infrastructure Manager - Manchester City Centre - £55,000 + bonusThe Company: Here at Lorien we're working in partnership with a successful technology transformation and cloud consultancy. After a successful period of growth they now have ambitious plans to continue the expansion into new product areas. With the technology teams growing we now have a need to hire an experience manager to aid with the teams function. The Role: In this position we're looking for an experienced manager who can streamline function of the infrastructure department. You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of support services and project implementation to a range of clients. This role gives you opportunity to put your stamp on process improvement and have a voice into the future of the team. With the expansion it's expected your team will grow over the next twelve to eighteen months.The Person & Required Experience: We're looking for a manager who has a proven background supporting teams in their growth and development. Alongside adhering to strict SLAs and deliverables. A blend of the following will be helpful:

• Experience managing an Infrastructure Team as a Manager or Team Leader
• Knowledge of Hyperconverged datacentre infrastructure using a combination of VMware (ESXi/ NSX/ vSAN/ vCentre/etc.) and Microsoft (Server/ AD/ Exchange/ Office 365/ etc.) Technology
• Familiar with general networking protocol and the server hardware in a datacentre
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience delivering projects within timescales
