CX Lead - Permanent Position - up to £80k

LEAD CX - PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY - UP TO £80,000

Looking for a Lead CX to work for a leading London based agency on some very exciting projects across the country with some world renowned clients like Uber and Nandos!

We are looking for someone with a mix of both strong service design and exceptional visual design experience who has led teams and has some management experience.

You will be conducting customer experience diagnosis, developing CX visions, designing specific touch points seamlessly with a relentless focus on the customer at all times.

They are offering:
