Process Improvement Lead - Glasgow (Hybrid) - Circa 40K
Lorien's client, an award-winning legal firm with several hundred staff and offices across Scotland, are currently looking to add new talent into their function in the shape of a Process Improvement Lead / Business Change Specialist with a background in IT/Tech project delivery
This individual will take the reins across a range of duties - some of which are outlined below - and liaise with personnel across all functions, and at all levels, from software and infrastructure staff to external suppliers and stakeholders to improve processes, analyse and test business solutions, and ensure tech offerings are the best they can be
