Process Improvement Lead - Glasgow (Hybrid) - Circa 40K

Lorien's client, an award-winning legal firm with several hundred staff and offices across Scotland, are currently looking to add new talent into their function in the shape of a Process Improvement Lead / Business Change Specialist with a background in IT/Tech project delivery

This individual will take the reins across a range of duties - some of which are outlined below - and liaise with personnel across all functions, and at all levels, from software and infrastructure staff to external suppliers and stakeholders to improve processes, analyse and test business solutions, and ensure tech offerings are the best they can be

An outline of the responsibilities involved:

  • Leading on Process Improvement initiatives
  • Identifying and enabling Change opportunities across the firm using best methodologies/practices
  • Working with internal personnel and external partners alike to deliver Projects and new Business Solutions focused on people and tech
  • Contributing to the implementation, promotion and management of core tooling and systems
  • Working with internal teams to provide training/demos on new solutions

The skills/knowledge they're looking for:

  • Process Improvement expertise and an understanding of Change and Project Management
  • A confident individual with gravitas, able to work with and build relationships with internal and external personnel at any level
  • Ideally an understanding of information security principles
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business, and ability to seamlessly adapt to changes as you help to enact them
