London/ Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 remote)

We are working with a fantastic London based Insurance provider who are looking to grow their IT team after an successful period by hiring a Business Systems Developer. You will be working to help both the London office as well as their other locations.

As a Business Systems Developer you would be working and solely focusing on Microsoft Dynamic as our client Business Systems as well as working with Power Platform to help improve the Business system as a whole as well as improving the system efficiently.

Responsibility:

• Working with Microsoft Power platform that holds the required pre-written code that would be require to improve how the company works with Microsoft Dynamic as well as improve areas that currently are not working to the company needs.
• Logging tickets on ServiceNow on issues in relation to ServiceNow as well as providing support on issues that would be able to be dealt with or raising these tickets tot eh Support team or IT Manager who would normally fix and deal with the issue.
• Provide training and insight to the business on the new changes that are occurring on Microsoft Dynamic and/or coordinating with the IT team to get the changes made aware to the business.

Experience:

• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform to improve their Microsoft Dynamic system.
• Experience working on projects with Microsoft 365 as well as Microsoft Dynamic.
