Our collaboration with a reputable organisation in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) industry is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead with extensive experience delivering large-scale enterprise level projects with demonstrable experience ensuring successful delivery and accountability for a wider team.

The Role

You will be responsible for keeping multiple large scale projects and wider teams on track whilst ensuring they are completed on time and according to the clients specifications.

As the Agile Delivery Lead, you will have a wealth of experience delivering enterprise-level software projects supporting the wider team's successful project delivery. You will do this by contributing in the growth of numerous Scrum teams, enhancing their methods of working to an Agile mentality.

The client values setting an example, being open and honest with the team, and taking the time to coach and educate the wider team and stakeholders.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Guide one or more Scrum teams
• Ensure that wider teams are adhering to the fundamentals of collaboration.
• Monitor team delivery flows to ensure timely and accurate roadmap execution.
• Optimise team's performance

Essential Skills

• You know about and have led on a range of Agile and Lean tools and techniques
• You know how to communicate effectively across organisational, and technical boundaries
• You understand the different phases of software product delivery
• You know how to build successful delivery teams
