We are working with a rapidly expanding Leisure based business who are looking for an experienced Sales/Partnerships Manager to join the team in this newly created role. With multiple products and services under their brand they are an established company who are market leaders and used as the benchmark for the sector.

Role

We are searching for an experience partnership/sales professional looking for your next challenge to design and lead the development of this vitally important channel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a history of building relationships with partners and optimising campaign performance with the goal of delivering new customer growth for UK Market. You will be able to identify new opportunities for partnerships that can drive an increase in engagement with the brand that ultimately drives significant increases in revenue.

The successful Sales Manager will be an excellent communicator used to working in a busy environment, with multiple business, while briefing internal Marketing teams. Success in this position will lead to personal growth and development within a company that likes to promote within.

Experience

• At least 3 year's experience in Sales/Partnership Management, ideally within the Hospitality/Leisure sector
• A strong background within Partnerships, you will have established relationships with key affiliates.
• Excellent communicator who can work closely with internal and external teams, sharing your vision for success.
• Background in negotiating, acquiring, and on-boarding new partners / affiliates.
