Change & Business Process optimisation role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a graduate, with a Global Insurance firm in their Digital Transformation Team as an Optimisation Consultant. This is responsible for contributing to the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the UK and Europe, ensuring optimal deployment of resources (people, process, data and technology). The role holder will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of ongoing and sustainable change through the embedding of Lean and CI methodologies, change management and the implementation of the supporting framework to deliver an optimisation mind-set throughout the firm.
Key Responsibilities Ownership:
Business management project management degree or masters any project management or change management qualificaitons would be highly desriable alongside a degree or masters.
