Hybrid (1 day a week in the office in Milton Keynes or Central London)

My client a top company is currently looking to recruit an AI Conversational Designer to join its team on a contract basis. This role will be working to a hybrid working model going into either the Milton Keynes or London offices once a week for workshops or meetings. Please note that this contract is inside of IR35 and will have to be set-up as Umbrella/PAYE. This AI Conversational Designer is responsible for ensuring high quality conversations are had with the customer when they are talking to our clients virtual assistant. They should always be looking at ways to improve the customer experience, and therefore should be constantly updated with good industry practices, promoting the adoption of standards and scalable patterns in the design.

The main responsibilities are:

• Design high quality conversational dialogues for virtual assistants/chatbots, that proactively help the customer
• Capturing customer insights directly from customers, through interviews, discovery workshops, previous customer interactions
• Measure performance against KPIs and track improvements
• Create standards and best practices to train and transfer knowledge to other squad members

Requirements:

• Experience designing and developing conversation flows in virtual assistants and chatbots
• Skill in writing content proposals and/or responses
• Ability to synthesize and apply decision logic to VA dialogs
• Written communication skills and UX Writing
• Experience working in agile environments
