We're collaborating with a prominent brand in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) market that is looking for a Windows Support Analyst with first-level support experience for Junior Windows server systems on-premises and in the cloud.

**Must be able to gain SC clearance**

The Role

The role's aim is to collaborate and monitor the core IT and customer-specific infrastructure, as well as to provide first-level support for Windows server platforms on-premises and in the cloud.

In addition to monitoring, your team will be in charge of providing level 1 support on servers and performing tasks such as patching and health checks. You will be the point of contact for Windows issues, as well as Cloud (Azure) and Virtualization issues. Complete training will be provided.

(4 Days and then 4 off and then 4 Nights)

Dayshift - 7am to 7pm / Nightshift - 7pm - 7am

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring and support for servers running Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019
• Responsible for implementing frequent modifications to the operation system
• Customer support experience with a basic IT Technical understanding

Essential Skills

• Excellent MS Background
• Worked in a hosted solutions environment
• Experience in IT Support environment
• Exchange 2003/2010/2013/Office365 Management and troubleshooting
• VMware
