We are working with a fantastic fashion business who are looking for an experienced Email Marketing/CRM Executive to step into their first Email Marketing Specialist role to join the team to take complete ownership of their Email Marketing. With an established operation the brand is renowned for the quality and luxury products and services it offers, so this is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background with similar customer base.

Role

As Email Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in helping to define the brands Email Marketing strategy that is their key customer communication channel. With complete autonomy over the channel this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to drive an area how they see best and use their knowledge and experience to deliver against key Email Marketing targets. With each campaign individual and targeted you will have a history of analysing data to be able to drive campaign direction and improve engagement leading to bottom line figures.

This a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Email Marketing Executive who wants an opportunity to take on more responsibility and be able to work towards a Email Marketing Manager role within 18 months. The successful Email Marketing Specialist will be both creative and analytical and is looking for a great culture and environment to belong too.

Essential Skills:

• 3 year's experience working in an Email Marketing role.
• Be passionate about the Fashion sector, ideally having experienced the luxury end of a market
• Experience of Email Marketing Strategy design and implementation
• End to end delivery experience with this being a hands-on position.
• A background of creating engaging and exciting campaigns that capture the imagination.
• Excellent understanding of Analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions.
