Change Manager

Our Financial Services client is looking for a highly skilled Change Manager to join their Edinburgh based team for a 6 months initial contract.

THIS ROLE SITS INSIDE IR35

• Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strengths in delivering operational/business readiness activity (coordinating training, communications, process map updates, testing, go-live/post implementation support, etc)
• Experience of working in or delivering change to operational teams (front office telephony/back office processing teams)
• Pension knowledge very valuable but not essential
• Experience of delivering People focused/impact change
• Customer Experience focus
• Good people skills/personality - get out from behind emails and go speak to people F2F
