Infrastructure Project Manager

Lorien's Leading banking client is looking to hire a Strong Infrastructure Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.

UK Wide - WFH

Duration : 6 month contract

Negotiable Daily rate ££ (inside IR35)

Details of skills

This team are predominantly delivery focused so proven delivery experience in an Infrastructure environment is critical, however, technical experience (at least a good grounding or exposure) across relevant technologies would be advantageous.

'Soft' skills

• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Experience with Incident Management, Change Management and governance methodology
• Experience working on migration projects, across Data Centres or Windows platforms
• Experience/understanding of overall infrastructure design/support principles (agnostic of specific platforms)
• Ability to manage own workload across multiple workstreams prioritising accordingly

• Ability to 'think outside the box' and not rely purely on defined delivery processes to get things done - I think much of what we deliver is delivered under a 'Recovery' methodology (quicker/faster/leaner than traditional delivery areas) (adds excitement but requires flexibility and confidence to callout realistic boundaries)
