IT Service Director

Our client is looking for a highly skilled IT Service Director to join their team on an initial 6 months contract.

Role Description:

• To provide an effective and efficient IT service underpinning the business, while
• Overseeing the use of technology systems, applications and infrastructure which support the strategic plan.
• Manage the relationship across all entities
• Coordination with both inhouse and third-party support services
• Overseeing operations across six datacentres (including support for a strategic Data centre consolidation program)
• Supporting the ongoing roll out of MS M365 and Teams across the Group
• Provide assurance and confidence to Business Leadership and Executives regarding IT services and capability
• Ensure processes, standards and controls operate to sustain existing ISO certification in line with the Risk Management Frameworks
