Based across different locations in Hertfordshire area

Our client is in the Education industry in the Hertfordshire area who are in need of a Roaming IT Support Engineer.

The trust are responsible for six schools across Hertfordshire educating over 4000 children, and this role will be to provide support as needed to all six sites.

2nd Line Support will be required to be provided for all staff & students as well as support for Network Infrastructure, Servers and Workstations.

Candidates will work in an Apple based environment (every child has an iPad) and the typical Windows environment. Experience in general/basic Networking will also needed (basic understanding of VLANs, Monitoring etc.
