IT Support Engineer

• Up to £40,000 plus a 10% bonus
• Cambridgeshire based

Our client is a well enhanceed and leading memeber of Medical & Scientific Research Laboratory industry who are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer to join their existing team.

This role will range from 1st-3rd line support responsibilities for both Windows and Apple devices, whilst also entailing network monitoring, network security and hardware support and installation.

The ideal person for this role will be someone who has experince in all lines of hands on IT Support as this role will be a mix of desktop/device support, hardware support & installation as well as network monitoring and security.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st-3rd Line Support
• Network monitoring and maintenance
• Designing and deploying new hardware solutions
• Providing Windows and Apple desktop & hardware support
• Travel between their two sites within the Cambridge area.

Skills

• 1st-3rd Line experience
• Windows Desktop & servers
• Office 365, Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange
• Apple Device Support - iPads, Macs, iPhones etc.
• Network Security & Monitoring
• Hardware support and installation
