Looking for a Agile Portfolio Office Associate to join a large insurance company who will be responsible for supporting successful agile portfolio delivery via close working relationships with the respective Heads of Portfolio and Delivery Leads.Key Responsibilities * Act as Secretariat for Executive Action Team (EAT) meetings, Strategic Priority meetings etc. * Provide embedded delivery support, with a view to creating capacity within the portfolios to allow them to focus on delivery. * Proactively seek opportunities to add value and increase efficient and effective delivery * Provide training & guidance on portfolio frameworks. * Act as the process interface between delivery teams & APO Core Services team. * Introduce and champion agile portfolio management concepts and approaches. * Embed data at the heart of the APO service offering, and in doing so support and empower change portfolio decision making and delivery across the company Skills and Experience * Experience within portfolio management / PMO / change & transformation * Strong experience as an embedded portfolio/PMO Lead * Understanding of Agile mindsets, concepts, processes and procedures, especially as relate to portfolio management. * Skills and knowledge in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and communication. * Portfolio management certifications e.g. Management of Portfolios (MoP), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management would be advantageous * Excellent communication skills.Experience in Insurance or Financial sectors preferred Hybrid working of 2-3 days in office
