Our leading UK banking client is seeking a Service Manager to join the bank, please see the details of the role below -
Location: UK office locations (remote working and 1-2 days in the office per month)
Duration: 6 months initial contract with potential extensions
About the role:
We are looking for a Service Manager who can support us in the transition of various support teams, incident management, access rights and request management functions globally into a single model following a large scale Domain Migration project.
The role would be responsible for assessing all the various existing functions and building a sustainable BAU model going forward to support both general population users and the trader community. This encompasses several different business areas and their ad-hoc ways of working.
